What information do we collect?

When you make an enquiry or talk to a lending specialist, we may collect:

your name, phone number, email address and location
your business name, structure, NZBN, industry and trading history
the purpose and amount of the finance you are seeking
details of any property offered as security, including existing lending
financial information such as turnover, bank statements and tax position, where you provide it
information about directors, shareholders, trustees or supporting parties, where relevant to the application

When you use the website, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring site, using cookies or similar technologies.

How do we collect it?

Mostly directly from you, through the enquiry form, phone calls and documents you send. With your authorisation, we or our lending partners may also collect information from third parties such as credit reporters, property valuers, the Companies Office, the land title register and your accountant.

Our enquiry form is provided through a third-party form service embedded on the apply page. Information you enter is transmitted to us through that service.

We do not sell your personal information. Some service providers may store information outside New Zealand. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the information is protected in a way comparable to the Privacy Act 2020.
